Ceremonies are powerful rituals for transformation, celebration, healing and manifestation. They tell your psyche and your community that there has been a change. They reveal the meaning of an event. They call attention to growth, change, accomplishment, needs and shared experiences. They bring closure to or initiate important stages in life.

Ceremonies also walk you through the threshold that life often presents in crisis and change, crossing you from the problem into your potential.

Our modern communities have lost their shamans and for this reason, are often left without ceremonies. Religions have standardized rites and too often cannot offer you the unique rites you need.

With expert support, however, you, your family and your community can still create the ceremonies you need. That is why I am offering the Your Sacred Life Costumized Ceremonial Service.

The first step in the process is to select what type of ceremony you want.

We can create a ceremony for almost anything. The menu below includes the main types of celebration. Go through them to choose the type of celebration you desire. If it's not there, we'll talk about it during the online consultation.

Your ceremony can be a quiet ceremony for yourself at home or a big community event at a local site, or anything in-between. Where you want to have this ceremony and who participates decides how we will design it.

Intimate Ceremonies

Intimate ceremonies are for you, your close family and friends and are celebrated at home. There are three types of Intimate Ceremonies from which you can choose.
 

1. Intimate ceremony for myself at home

2. Intimate ceremony for myself at home with your online guidance*

3. Intimate ceremony for the nuclear family and some friends at home

Family Ceremonies

Family Ceremonies are ceremonies for the larger group of families and friends and are celebrated either at your place or at a local site. This ceremony can serve anywhere from a 2-digit to 3-digit number of people. There are four types of Family Ceremonies from which you can choose.
 

1. Family ceremony for the entire family and friends at your home

2. Family ceremony for the entire family and friends at a local site (NY)

3. Family ceremony for the entire family and friends at a local site (USA)

4. Family ceremony for the entire family and friends at a local site (International)

Social Ceremonies

Social Ceremonies are ceremonies for a group of people who share something in common. This may include a graduate class, association, membership or other similar interest-based communities. This ceremony usually serves anywhere from a 2-digit to a 3-digit number of people. There are three types of Social Ceremonies from which you can choose.
 

1. Social ceremony for a large group of people (NY)

2. Social ceremony for large group of people (USA)

3. Social ceremony for a large group of people (International)

Community Ceremonies

Community Ceremonies are ceremonies for local or interest-based communities. These are larger groups that the social ceremonies gather and usually share a common ground, whether a common passion or a locality. This ceremony usually serves anywhere from a 3-digit to a 4-digit number of people. There are four types of Community Ceremonies from which you can choose.
 

1. Community ceremony for an online community**

2. Community ceremony for a local community (NY)

3. Community ceremony for a local community (USA)

4. Community ceremony for a local community (International)

Event Ceremonies

Event Ceremonies are ceremonies for an event. Examples of this is a week-end professional training, a retreat, a wedding, a graduation or a divorce. They are usually for large audiences, indoors, shorter in time and with a very specific topic and goal. This ceremony usually serves anywhere from a 3-digit to a 4-digit number of people and even millions of people if it is online. There are four types of Event Ceremonies from which you can choose.

1. Event Ceremony for an online event**

2. Event Ceremony for a special event (NY)

3. Event Ceremony for a special event (USA)

4. Event Ceremony for a special event (International)

* Private online ceremony. You set up your webcam so that the ceremonial space is visible. I then officiate the ceremony for you via video communication. We can record this video for your album. This is specially useful if you want a witness and guide, but the intimacy of the ceremony does not warrant flying me over to officiate.

** Community and Event online ceremony. This ceremony is designed with the help of your event coordinator or other authorized person and may include photos, video or other mementos from the organization or previous events. It uses the medium of video, whether recorded or live. If pre-prerecorded, you can show it to all at a specific time. We can also do it via livestreaming for the strongest ceremonial impact. Using livestreaming allows us to also include people in different locations.

Now we know a lot about your ceremony! We know what type of ceremony you want, where it will happen and who will participate. This gives us the foundation to see how we will design it.

As you can imagine, the more complex the ceremony, the more time we will spend designing it.

For Intimate and Family Ceremonies I can help you design a ceremony that you do alone or with others. We will discuss everything you need for the ceremony and if there are other people, we will discuss their roles and tasks. I will then send you the Ceremonial Blueprint.

For these ceremonies, there are two options:

1. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation

2. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation with a half-day intensive online guided ceremonial celebration (I'm officiating via video communications to your intimate ceremony at home.)

For larger ceremonies, including large family ceremonies, social, community and event ceremonies, we will include one or several designated facilitators or assistants from your group, organization or event in the ceremonial design consultation.

These facilitators or assistants will be given specific tasks for the preparation. I will send you a Ceremonial Blueprint that will guide them through the use of time and space in the ceremony. It includes an inventory, calendar, tasks and role descriptions, so you can keep track of everything.

For these ceremonies, there are three options:

1. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation

2. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation and a half-day intensive online rehearsal

3. One-2-hour ceremonial design consultation, half-day intensive online rehearsal and on-site ceremonial celebration

If you want me to officiate the ceremony, I will work with the designated assistants to ensure that everything is in place before I reach the site.*

For Online Ceremonies, you can choose:

1. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation and Recorded Video Ceremony

2. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation, half-day intensive video interviews and montage and Recorded Video Ceremony

3. One 2-hour ceremonial design consultation, half-day intensive rehearsal and Livestream Ceremony with me officiating LIVE from my studio

4. Same as above, but covering people at different locations.

I am an artist, stage performer, storyteller, visual artist and speaker with ample experience as a presenter. I will bring beauty, imagination, joy, soulfulness and sacredness to your ceremony.

I see the ceremony from many angles, including its beauty, emotional engagement and the environmental factors that will make it unforgettable. If you have event planners, artists, designers or other consultants, I'll take their expertise into consideration and work with them to blend the ceremonial symbols and meaning with the environment you are designing.

As a shaman, I use ceremonies throughout the year for different purposes. I have even grown my business through ceremonies. I was born with this mission and talent. My first memories of leading a ceremony were during elementary school, where I would lead my family through participatory rituals for the holidays. I got them to sing, read verses, stand up and shake their bodies and all sorts of things... and I've been doing it since then. Even my shamanic performances on stage are participatory. It's a passion I have, to touch people deeply and move them from passive observation to creative participation as SpectActors, not spectators!

I am a master ceremonialist. I have used ceremonies and rituals in my life for all of these accomplishments and I have created ceremonies and rituals for groups, workshops, nature sites, activists manifestations and community events. I have created ceremonies for celebrations, ecological consciousness events, funeral rites, personal growth markers, relationship healing, family healing and many other types of ceremonies. I've conducted ceremonies in Puerto Rico, South Africa, Mexico and the United States.

I live in New York. If you are located in this area, then you can bring me to officiate your ceremony lIVE and LOCALLY at a reasonable fee.
