with the healing guidance of trees, who are great healers and poets
(poet-tree) and who have helped me to mother and father myself countless
times. I designed it for those stages in which a woman realizes that she
needs to take action on her own behalf, but she is so scared or insecure
that she falls into the child, leaving the child orphaned from adult-help.
Then she is in crisis. While there are articles to help you and inform you,
the experiential meditation, with the visual of the Warrior Tree, Mother
Tree and the poem meditation work to center and strengthen your Inner
