One of my first values is integrity, including honesty and clarity. I hate hidden fees, surprises in the smal print, ambiguous words and duplicity. I want to make sure that you as my client are crystal clear on the terms of service; what I am willing and able to do and how I will do it. I want you to be clear on what you are expected to do and exactly how we will work together. If you have any question whatsoever, feel free to contact me personally right now. Digital Products

 

Solo products

If you purchase a digital product, we do not offer refunds, as once you have it there is no way to retrieve it. However, if you have any problems, we are here to troubleshoot to make sure that the product gets to you as promised.

 

Multi-part products

Some digital products that are part of a kit, package or service do offer guarantees. Also, in some multipart digital products that are delivered in separate days, you have up to 24-hours after purchase to ask for a refund.

 

Please read the specific guarantee for each product, which should be clearly visible.

Three step Enrollment process

When you enroll for a consultation, program or mentorship, you land on a Resource Page with all the access numbers and reminders for all the components of your consultation. There are contact numbers for any question or problem, and your first bonus is immediately downloadable.

 

As per instructions, your enrollment is not complete until you do two more things:

 

  • Book your first appointment in my online scheduler

  • Fill out the email communication permission form (Requested for long-term services where we need to send you support emails, ecourses, etc.)

 

I'll take it from there. Please follow the instructions closely so that we can start as soon as possible and all the communication channels are in place. There are troubleshooting instructions in the Resource Page.

 

If you have not received an Email confirmation from my scheduling service (or me) saying that I received your booking request, the enrollment is not finished.  Don't wait! Click here and send the information to me personally.

 

 

Booking and time management

Please understand that my time for live, one-on-one private sessions is very limited. There are people in mentorship, study courses and shamanic consultations booking that time.

 

Following the requirements for cancellations and re-scheduling below allows everyone to make the best use of their time and mine, without stress or waste.

 

When you book a time slot, I reserve it for you and prepare for you. That time slot is not given to anyone else. When you disregard the cancellation/re-scheduling requirements by making changes at the last minute, you are taking the time slot you disregarded from someone else who could have booked it, had you made the change with due anticipation.  Keeping this awareness allows us to connect within the highest frequency of love, harmony and respect.

 

 

 

Cancellation

In most of programs or mentorships, you have up to 24 hours after the first session to cancel. Your money will be returned, less a $500 for the first session. Look for this guarantee.

 

You have my full guarantee. If you do not feel 100% great about this after our first session, you can cancel within 24 hours. No questions asked.
I will refund the remainder of your payment, less a $500 fee for the first session.

 

In individual consultations, you can cancel the session on or before 5 business days previous to your appointment.

 

Same day cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Cancellations after the 5-day cancellation period will not be refunded.

 

However, if you have an emergency and know that you will not be able to meet the appointment, but it's past the cancellation deadline, feel free to reschedule and send me a note. I'm here to serve you and support you, so feel free to communicate any problem and we'll work to address it.

 

Individual Guidance Sessions
 

  • Individual sessions must be re-scheduled at least 5 business days before the appointment. If you have an emergency, please call me immediately to make arrangements.

 

  • Missed appointments will be considered as rendered and there will be no refund.
     

  • Re-scheduling your appointment in the same day for which you were scheduled is unacceptable. There will be no same-day refund or re-scheduling.
     

  • If you show up late, you miss that time. However, if due to a technical problem, we start your session late, we will go over or, if not possible, add that time to your next session.
     

  • If the Technical Trickster shows up and messes up with any session, we'll book one ASAP.
     

  • For re-scheduling, contact us here. (Include all information about date, time, service and anything else we need to know in the description field.) You can also re-schedule from the Support Page or the online scheduler. All that information is available in the Support Page where you land. Bookmark it.
     

  • There are no sessions during the following months: From December 15 to February 15 (My writing retreat) and during the month of August (My vacation).

 

 

 


 Use of the Book of Answers

  • It is your responsibility to send your emails and write your journals. I can't do that for you and I have no way of knowing if you need to send an email. Be proactive. In the landing page, you get the links and instructions to set up your Book of Answers membership. Do it immediately so you don't forget. Then when I send you the invitation, click immediately.
     

  • Once you click on my invitation to connect, you are up and running. If you have a specific number of weeks of access, they start counting from the moment you click on the Invite. For participation, follow the suggested curriculum, but feel free to communicate when you need help.
     

  • Once a week. When you have X number of months private access to the Book of Answers, it means once a week contact, not unlimited emails. My recommendation is to wait until you have a clear idea of a problem and you know that you are ready to describe it fully, and then send your weekly email. You can also keep a journal of the process in the service, and then ask me to check it and give you feedback. The good thing about this is that you can keep referring back to this later on.
     

 

BONUS

 

  • You usually get at least one bonus for immediate download after purchasing. When you fill out the email communication form, you will receive the other bonuses in installments via email.
